Customer Service
Our Commitment to Customers
Ordering
We encourage orders to be placed online; however, we will also accept P.O.’s by email, telephone, or fax. Orders are typically processed the same day received. Orders received after hours or non-working days will be processed the next business day.
Shipping
Orders placed by 3.30 pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day (if the item is in stock) by UPS or Fed Ex if requested. Prices for different order values and different shipping zones can be confirmed before the shipment if requested. If we are out of stock for some or all items, we will enter a backorder and provide an expected ship date within two business days. Unfortunately, we may be unable to supply customers who have exceeded their credit limit or have overdue invoices.
Privacy and Security
Details about your orders and or manufacturing process disclosed during the preliminary purchase process are considered confidential. We never share this with other companies, except for IMS USA, an affiliated company.
Returns and Replacements
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Any goods purchased online that are found to be faulty will be refunded in full if notified within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days. Return products must be returned to The Wood Tooling Shop in the original packaging; the sender is responsible for shipping costs. Provided that the goods are unused and/or faulty, then replacement orders will be shipped with no additional shipping costs incurred. If a customer places an order for the incorrect item, it can be returned provided that they’re unused and in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pricing and Promotion
Prices are reviewed regularly and subject to change from time to time. Raw materials for our products, such as tungsten carbide and polycrystalline diamond, are subject to volatile market swings. Should a product discontinue, we will offer a substitute at a similar price and contact the customer before shipment to verify your acceptance. We may offer promotions that have either a defined expiration date or other limitations from time to time. Customers must ensure that they read the terms of any special offers before placing an order.
After reading our entire Privacy Policy, if you feel that you would like to be removed from any future contact, please know that is your right, and you can exercise that right at any time. To remove you from all access points, including print and digital marketing materials, you will need to provide us with your exact name, email address, and or physical address for unsubscribing from our printed mailings. You can do that by sending us a note or calling us:
